What does it mean?
It means that instead of being a blind consumer, you can learn about what you buy, and take an active role in owning a bike. It means that you can have knowledge in an alternative, sustainable mode of transport, and make something. There will be a bike shop, complete with tools, fun music, and hopefully a student who knows her/his way around bikes, to help you learn how to fix your bike, build a bike, or rent one right on campus!
